CE-Method

With my self-developed CE method, people can experience a deep sense of naturalness, serenity and freedom. The aim is to create a harmonious connection between body, soul and spirit in order to increase the flow of life force and improve mobility. Various techniques and tools, combined with mindful guidance, support this process.

The CE method is a holistic, individual concept that is based on both learned and intuitive knowledge and is implemented with enthusiasm. It is particularly suitable for relieving the spine, shoulders, neck, head, pelvis and knees as well as the entire musculoskeletal system and sensorimotor system. In this way, new strengths can be discovered, brought into balance and sustainably strengthened.

CE - Spine Special

The spine forms the physical and emotional backbone of the human body and acts as an energetic connection between the brain and body. This treatment combines awareness of the spine via foot reflex zones, mobilization of the joint structures and gentle straightening using targeted stretching and mobilization exercises. Individual tensions and blockages are gently addressed with mindfulness and compassion.
The gentle movement and stretching exercises can help to support the feeling of being upright and an inner release. Please note that this treatment is not a promise of healing, but serves as a supportive measure to promote well-being and relaxation.

CE - SPORT Massage

CE sports massage is an intensive treatment that not only promotes athletic performance, but can also prevent pain and injuries. It is aimed specifically at athletes and provides support both before and after training or competition. The direct effect on the muscle tissue increases blood circulation and optimises the supply of oxygen and nutrients to the muscles. It therefore makes a significant contribution to injury prevention and accelerates regeneration after intensive exertion.
This type of massage is characterised by the release of tension. Precise, deep movements loosen tense muscles, reduce stiffness and increase the range of movement. Sports massage can also have a calming effect on the psyche, as it relaxes the mind, promotes concentration and thus supports mental preparation for competition.

In short, if you are an athlete looking for a performance-enhancing and preventative supplement, sports massage is a must.

CE - Back intensive wellness massage according to J. Salchenegger

The intensive back wellness massage is a soothing treatment that begins with long, gentle strokes. This combines forearm massage and cupping glass massage to create a comprehensive relaxation experience. First, the muscles in the back, neck and shoulders are warmed up using slow movements with the palms and forearms to prepare them for the subsequent cupping glass massage.

The extensive contact with the forearms enables deep relaxation and regeneration. Depending on the degree of tension, deeper layers of the neck, back and lumbar muscles are also targeted. This technique can promote blood circulation, facilitate the removal of metabolic waste products and thus improve the supply of nutrients to deeper layers of tissue.

CE - Craniosacral Balance according to E. Upledger

Craniosacral balance is a gentle form of manual therapy that is rooted in osteopathy. It deals with the craniosacral system, which comprises the skull (cranium), the cranial bones, the meninges, the spinal meninges, the spinal column, the sacrum and the cerebrospinal fluid.

The cerebrospinal fluid surrounds and nourishes the brain and spinal cord by creating a vital ‘internal environment’ for the growth and functioning of the central nervous system. The rhythmic movement of this fluid, known as the craniosacral rhythm, can be felt throughout the body - especially in the skull and sacrum. This treatment aims to restore the balance of the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and thereby support the body's self-regulatory powers and energy flow.

Recommendation:
Complementing Craniosacral Balance with the CE method could result in a promising synergy and enhance the treatment effects.

CE - foot stimulating wellness reflex massage

The entire person is reflected in the feet - from organs, bones and muscles to nerve pathways and personal life history. Targeted stimulation of specific reflex zones can activate all organs, stimulate their circulation and strengthen the body's defences. Tension in the spine, head and neck can be released, while detoxification and elimination processes are supported.

To top it all off, your feet enjoy a harmonising treatment with a high-quality aromatic oil.

Technique: pressure and massage techniques on specific zones of the foot that are assigned to organs and body regions

Holistic Pulsing

Deep relaxation (clothed)
Holistic Pulsing - often called ‘pulsing’ in German - is a holistic method for well-being and self-awareness. During the application, the body is gently set in a swaying motion that can lead to deep relaxation and the release of energy.

As our body consists of around 80 % water, Holistic Pulsing vibrates the cells with great sensitivity. Through gentle movements and special grips, the practitioner sets the body to a frequency that resembles the heartbeat of an unborn child. As a result, the cells literally ‘dance’ and are given the opportunity to let go of stressful or restrictive experiences that may be stored in the cell memory and create space for inner harmony and well-being.

The Pulser provides guidance and support with mindfulness and a high sense of responsibility. By giving manual impulses while at the same time adopting a respectful, unintentional attitude, the self-healing powers can unfold in the best possible way in harmony with personal needs.

A Holistic Pulsing session takes place in comfortable clothing and can be performed in a supine, prone or lateral position, depending on personal preference.
